Scope of Work: Interior renovation, pool fit-out, mechanical & plumbing, tiling, electrical, signage & branding, viewing area, and ventilation upgrades.
PROJECT DETAIL
VivoBuilt was appointed to design and renovate RNJ Swimming Academy’s new indoor swimming facility, transforming an empty interior lot into a fully operational swimming training centre. The project was completed with a focus on safety, visibility for instructors, hygiene, and user experience for both parents and students.
FINAL DESIGN & OUTCOME
The construction and renovation scope included:
Swimming Pool Construction & Tiling
A full indoor pool was constructed using anti-slip ceramic mosaic tiles with perimeter drain channels and water circulation systems designed for swimming instruction use.
Mechanical, Filtration & Plumbing Systems
Installation of water filtration, pump equipment, and balancing systems to maintain safe and clear water quality.
Electrical & Lighting Works
Upgraded LED lighting optimized for good visibility in training and safe pool operation.
Viewing & Waiting Area Fit-Out
Comfortable seating and structured waiting zones for parents and guardians with visibility to the pool.
Safety & Ventilation Improvements
Enhanced ventilation, exits, and emergency wayfinding signage, including KELUAR (Exit) wayfinding.
Branding & Signage
RNJ Swimming Academy branding panels, decals, instructional signage, and mascot graphics along the viewing corridor.
Interior Carpentry & Flooring
Wood-look flooring and cabinet installations designed to withstand wet-foot traffic and indoor humidity.
