PROJECT DETAIL
The completed Manmi Yogurt outlet delivers a clean, modern, and operationally efficient F&B environment that supports both customer-facing experience and back-of-house food preparation needs. VivoBuilt successfully blended branding, material design, and technical fit-out requirements to create an inviting yogurt kiosk ready for mall operations.
FINAL DESIGN & OUTCOME
VivoBuilt was appointed to deliver a full interior and F&B fit-out for Manmi Yogurt’s new mall outlet, transforming the space into a clean, functional, and visually branded yogurt retail kiosk. The interior follows Manmi Yogurt’s signature soft mint color palette combined with warm wood textures, creating a refreshing and minimalist aesthetic suitable for a modern mall environment.
Storefront & Branding
The facade features a bold illuminated brand signage framed in mint green to achieve strong visibility and instant recognition. Clean architectural lines and soft lighting draw customers inward, reinforcing the brand’s fresh and healthy positioning.
Service Counter & Transaction Zone
The F&B service counter was designed to accommodate yogurt mixing, toppings preparation, and customer service within a compact footprint. Integrated stainless steel equipment platforms and under-counter storage ensure efficient workflow and hygiene compliance.
Interior Finishes & Carpentry
Warm wood paneling lines the walls and cabinetry, grounding the bright mint tones while adding natural warmth. Custom high shelving, concealed storage, and equipment-compatible counters maximize usable space while maintaining a seamless visual finish.
M&E & Equipment Integration
Mechanical and electrical works were coordinated to support refrigeration units, display counters, prep equipment, and lighting systems. Stainless steel surfaces and equipment bases were incorporated for long-term durability and food safety.
Lighting & Brand Messaging
Track and recessed lighting illuminate both the workspace and retail interaction zone. Brand content, menu displays, and product visuals were integrated to support sales and enhance customer engagement.
