This office fit-out project spans five levels at Aurora Place, Bukit Jalil, transforming an empty commercial unit into a modern workspace that emphasizes function, circulation, and aesthetic clarity. VivoBuilt delivered a full turnkey interior solution, combining custom carpentry, built-in cabinetry, lighting design, and space optimisation.

This office fit-out project spans five levels at Aurora Place, Bukit Jalil, transforming an empty commercial unit into a modern workspace that emphasizes function, circulation, and aesthetic clarity. Key design elements included:
Reception & Front-of-House
A custom marble-finished reception counter welcomes visitors with a clean corporate presence. Warm LED backlighting, combined with textured wall panels, creates a refined but understated first impression.
Built-In Shelving & Storage Systems
Multiple levels feature bespoke cabinetry solutions in dynamic black, yellow, and white finishes—providing strong contrast, storage functionality, and visual structure. Open shelving zones allow for display or document organization, while lower cabinet bases accommodate hidden storage.
Managerial Rooms & Workspace
Private offices were established using full-height glass partitions with black framing to balance transparency and privacy. Integrated worktops, wall storage, and functional lighting support productivity while maintaining a cohesive design language.
Electrical, Air-Conditioning & M&E Coordination
The project involved re-routing electrical fixtures, new lighting provisions, and concealed cabling for a clean and safe workspace environment. Air-conditioning systems were incorporated seamlessly into ceiling layouts.
Flooring & Finishes
Durable commercial carpeting was installed throughout the workspace to reduce noise and improve comfort. Color themes and material finishes were selected to deliver a warm yet professional atmosphere.
